The Challenge
This cooperative served 1,200 farmers but relied on handwritten tickets and manual moisture testing. Farmers frequently disputed weights; payments were delayed weeks. With EUDR approaching, they had no way to prove deforestation‑free origin.
Our Solution
We deployed Y15SS waterproof scales at 5 washing stations, DA103 precision balances for moisture testing, GPS modules, and the central software dashboard. Farmer ID cards were issued to all members. The system automatically captures weight, GPS, and moisture, calculates payment instantly, and sends an SMS receipt to the farmer.
Outcome
The cooperative now runs fully transparent intake. Farmer trust is higher than ever. Export documentation is generated automatically. The EUDR audit was passed smoothly — the auditor simply reviewed the digital ledger. The cooperative has since expanded to two more washing stations using our platform.
